Hibs have opened negotiations with Jack Ross and his squad as they look to mitigate damage caused by the coronavirus pandemic, according to a report.
While the Easter Road outfit have no plans to ask staff to take a wage cut, they have asked their first-team squad if they would consider deferrals.The players would be asked to sacrifice a percentage of their weekly wage during the continuing stasis period, with a repayment schedule agreed once life returns to normal.
The Scottish Sun report that that no agreement has yet been reached but further talks will take place next week with the aim of avoiding redundancies.
