PHILADELPHIA - With the Tuesday morning commute in full swing, heavy rain is causing flooding and possibly dangerous conditions in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs.Storms are just getting started in the Delaware Valley with downpours expected all day into the evening hours, and possibly overnight. Several areas are already experiencing some flooding, and its effects, as a Flash Flood Warning has been issued for several counties.In Montgomery County, a Norristown inbound train has been delayed at SEPTA's Conshohocken Station due to high water conditions.Traffic along I-76 has been delayed for the past hour near King of Prussia and Gulf Mills after water started to flood the road.

Suspects sought in quadruple shooting. PHILADELPHIA - A quadruple shooting left two people dead last month, and two others injured, and now police are looking for those responsible.Police say a gunman opened fire on group of men sitting on a Philadelphia street corner on the 6000 block of Race Street on August 23.Four people in total were reportedly struck by gunfire.

PHILADELPHIA - Crews are working to repair a water main break in Holmesburg that is causing flooding as heavy downpours move through the Delaware Valley. The water main break occurred on Cottman Avenue near Walker Street. FOX 29's Steve Keeley is in Holmesburg as repair crews work to assess and fix the damage. The water main break reportedly caused damage to a sidewalk in the area. 'Honor Killings' Trial: Yaser Said testifies in his own defense

DALLAS, Texas - The trial for Yaser Said, who is accused of murdering his two teenage daughters in 2008, continued into its second week on Monday.Yaser Said took the stand in his own defense on Monday afternoon.Said, who was arrested after being on the run for 12 years following the deaths of his daughters, Sarah and Amina, claimed he was angry with his daughters, but denied killing them.Via Justice for Sarah and Amina Facebook Page Prosecutors rested their case earlier on Monday.Dallas FBI agent Randall White took the stand to discuss the 24-hour surveillance of the house in Justin in where Said was believed to be staying.While executing a search warrant in 2020, White says the FBI found a secret room built into the home with a cot inside.Photo of hidden room in Justin home where Yaser Said was believed to be hiding.
