Disney theme parks have put reopening plans in motion. Disneyland Shangai is set to welcome visitors again next Monday (May 11).
And as coronavirus cases fall in other locations, it’s likely other sites will return too. So what will the attractions look like after lockdown?
According to Walt Disney CEO Bob Chapek, parks will operate with less guests initially. Disneyland Shangai is being opened at around 20% capacity.
Strict social distancing measures are also being implemented at the location. To ensure guests don’t crowd together when queuing for rides, markings have been laid out on the floor.
