The current campaign is over for French clubs with Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 cancelled due to coronavirus. But that doesn't mean this season's efforts will be null and void.
French clubs are set to vote on a set of three options which will determine the final standings in each of the top two leagues.
One of those options is to take the mid-point table, based on each club's first game against one another, while the other options include a points ratio and taking the standings from game 27, the least amount of games currently played by every club.
Of course, the scenarios will be of particular interest to Premier League fans, who still don't know whether they will see their team in action again this season.
