Premier League players could have any bad language blocked out by TV broadcasters if games resume under Project Restart. The hope is that top flight football can continue on June 12 after what will have been an absence of three months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Sky Sports and BT Sport are desperate for Premier League football to continue soon, just as much as fans and the clubs. If they are given the green light to do so then all football will be played behind-closed doors, meaning there will be no crowd noise.
This in turn could cause complications for broadcasters with possible player and dugout swearing and obscenities easily heard by viewers at home.
