Arsene Wenger claims Liverpool will still be remembered in years to come as Premier League champions even if there is an asterisk on this season due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Reds raced 25 points clear at the top of the league and needed only a couple more wins to claim the title when all football was postponed on March 13.

While it is still likely that the current campaign will be played out in full, there has still been no confirmation of this by the authorities.

There is a chance that the Premier League season will be declared null and void, or that Liverpool will be awarded the title without all remaining games being played.
