Smart Works has now helped over 16,000 British women get back into employment in the last six years. While she’s keen to reopen the centres as soon as it’s safe to do so, the pandemic has taught Stephens and her team that they can use what they’ve learned during this time to help even more women around the UK. “This virtual coaching and dressing format, if we can keep refining it, could be an amazing way for us to reach women across the UK,” she says.
