I'm A Celeb fans were left squirming this week after Nella Rose and Nigel Farage took on the first food Bushtucker Trial where they indulged in pizza slices with a creepy-crawly difference.
Instead of the usual pepperoni topping, the celebs were treated to chicken feet, giant mealworms and camel udders to name a few in the taste-tangling task.
While the Bushtucker Trials have provided some of the best moments from the hit ITV series, a registered dietician warned that there are "clear risks" involved for any celebs who decide to step up to the plate.
