Jeff Brazier has praised his son Bobby's dance partner Dianne Buswell, after the pair narrowly missed out on the Strictly Come Dancing Glitterball prize.

Jeff was in the audience as Bobby and Dianne competed in the grand final on Saturday evening, 16 December. EastEnders actor Bobby and Aussie dancer Dianne made it to the end of the BBC One dance contest.They were up against fellow finalists Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola, and Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin.

Each couple had to perform three times each to impress the voting public and the judges' scores didn't count during the last live show.

Bobby and Dianne gave their all for their 'show dance' and tugged at our heartstrings with their emotional Couple's Choice. At the end of the night, Layton and Nikita received a total score of 119 points out of a possible 120.
