Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has shocked some of his senior players by deciding to ignore the UK’s lockdown and social distancing regulations.
The Spurs boss was spotted leading a training session with a handful of first-teams stars from his squad in a park. The Portuguese has since apologised for his poor call in judgement, but the decision has had a damaging impact on his team.
Davinson Sanchez and Ryan Sessegnon were among those who took park in the session on Hadley Common in north London. Other senior players, meanwhile, are frustrated at how the the public fitness session sent out the wrong message while the country is in lockdown amid the coronavirus crisis, according to the Mirror .
