Kate had major abdominal surgery in London in January. At first, doctors believed her condition wasn't cancerous.However, after successful surgery, tests found cancer cells, so Kate started preventative chemotherapy.
Kate is now in the early stages of treatment and Kensington Palace has responded to questions from the media and public.They've asked people not to speculate during this tough time for the Royal Family, reports Bristol Live.
