Liverpool have suffered a major setback ahead of their game against Newcastle United this evening after three players were pulled from the squad with suspected positive Covid-19 tests.Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho and Curtis Jones have left the Liverpool camp and are now isolating as the entire Reds’ set-up, including all players and staff, were tested for the virus again.Thankfully for Jurgen Klopp, no further positive cases were identified.The clash against Newcastle will go ahead as planned, despite numerous Premier League fixtures being postponed due to outbreaks of the virus this week.Liverpool chose not to appeal for the game to be called off as they feel they have the situation under control.Four top-flight fixtures have been postponed.
