Locals in Oldham have been kept entertained during lockdown yesterday by sightings of a person walking their dog in a Peppa Pig costume.
Ria Livesey, a mum-of-two from Chadderton, has been dressing up as the popular children’s character when she goes on her daily outing around her neighbourhood.
The 37-year-old was spotted yesterday as she walked her dog, as she took food to her mother’s house, who is currently social distancing.
She said: “We’re stuck in at the minute, and I have had this Peppa Pig costume probably for about eight years now.
