Almost 50 weddings due to take place at registry offices across Renfrewshire have been cancelled during the Covid-19 crisis.The local authority’s three registry offices in Paisley, Johnstone and Renfrew have informed couples who were due to tie the knot at the venues that their big days would have to be postponed until a later date. PAISLEY DAILY EXPRESS: Live news as it happens A total of 11 couples in Johnstone, 13 in Renfrew and 23 in Paisley will now have to wait until the offices are open again to reschedule their nuptials.
