A man has died following a horror crash in Glenrothes, Fife, on Saturday night.Emergency services descended on Woodside Road around 7.50pm on May 4, following reports of a single vehicle crash involving a blue Seat Leon.

Tragically, the driver of the vehicle, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. Local reports suggest that the man crashed into a tree.

The road was closed for around six hours following the incident. Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
