Despite the lack of makeup, the 45-year-old still looked sensational as she showed off her petite frame in the red-hot snap.

Informing her online following she has no garden to practice her downward dogs, she rolled out her mat in her living for a mid-morning yoga session.

Showing off her youthful glow, the beauty donned a figure-hugging sports bra and high-waisted leggings as she posed up a storm post-workout.
