Mexican government’s medical safety commission approved the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine Friday, making Mexico the fourth country to do so.Assistant Health Secretary Hugo Lopez-Gatell said Mexico’s approval came after Britain, Canada and Bahrain.
