NEW DELHI : Marking the commencement of the four-month long rainy season in India, the southwest monsoon hit Kerala today, coinciding with its normal date. "The southwest monsoon has made an onset over Kerala," India Meteorological Department (IMD) director general Mrutyunjay Mohapatra said.
