Former Rangers misfit Eros Grezda is facing a reduced wage at Osijek for the foreseeable future. The 24-year-old winger was an unmitigated disaster at Rangers before returning to his former club in January after 18 months away.
Grezda's Ibrox career effectively ended last September after he was accused of spitting on Ballymena United player Andrew Burns while representing Rangers' Colts in the Tunnocks Caramel Wafer Cup.The Albanian faces an uncertain future after his current club announced they are halving players' wages by 50 per cent - the same measures Hearts announced last week. But the Croat side - facing financial worry - will only boost wages back up by 25 per cent once the beautiful game returns amid the coronavirus pandemic.
