A strategic plan has been launched for future priorities for health and care delivery in South Lanarkshire.South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership has captured shared ambitions of local communities and drafted a Strategic Commissioning Plan 2022-2025 which sets out the priorities for health and care delivery.The document has been developed with and to meet the ambitions of local communities and recognises the ongoing dedication of health and social care staff as well as partners.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
