Nicola Sturgeon has explained when Scottish and other UK residents can and can't cross the border as lockdown restrictions are eased in England.
During today's Coronavirus press conference, The First Minister was asked if you live in Annan and work in Carlisle and can't do your job from home, should you feel free to go back to work?
She replied: "If you live in Scotland the law in Scotland applies. "The law of Scotland says right now, you can only be out of your own home for essential reasons."On the issue of those living in Scotland and working in England she also said: “If you’re in Scotland the law today that is in place and the guidance is the same today as it was previously.“I would hope all employers would respect that.”Those in
