Rohantha Abeysekera told News 1st that after the April holidays power outages will be limited to a few hours per day.He said the CEB is planning on implementing these outages in a manner that does not disrupt the festivities and other public events.The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka has approved power cuts that would last for 2 hours on Saturday (09) and 1 hour on Sunday (10).April 9th (Saturday)Areas ABCDEFGHIJKL – 2 hours from 3pm to 9pm.Areas PQRSTUVW – 2 hours from 3pm to 10pm.Area CC1 – 3 hours and 30minutes from 6.00am to 9.30am.10th April (Sunday)Areas ABCDEFGHIJKLPQRSTUVW – 1 hour from 6pm to 10pm.Area CC1 – 3 hours and 30minutes from 6.00am to 9.30am .
