The Oscar-winning director made his comments about the matter to Russian media outlets, as documented by the Associated Press.
The74-year-old is currently in Russia filming a climate change documentary. Speaking to one foreign outlet, Stone confirmed he had the Russian vaccine, adding, "I don't know if it's going to work.
I got it a few days ago." The controversial filmmaker said he had "heard good things" about the country's vaccine dubbed Sputnik V and was "hopeful" it would work.
