Olly Murs fans have been left disappointed as the singer cancelled his live performance in Dubai.The 40 year old singer was all set to perform at Bla Bla Dubai on Thursday night but was sidelined by a throat infection, forcing him to pass up the performance.

In a heartfelt Instagram story update over black background, Olly shared his sorrow, as he expressed: "To everyone here in Dubai, unfortunately due to doctor's orders I am having to cancel tonight's show at Bla-Bla because of a throat infection.

I'm so gutted. I look forward to coming back ASAP and will share new date information as soon as I can! Olly x". The news arrived just after Olly went public on Instagram with the announcement that he and ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright are teaming up as the dynamic duo hosting a new Saturday breakfast show on Heart Radio.

Flaunting a teaser clip with Mark, Heart's Instagram penned: "Look who it is... Wrighty and Mursy taking over! Catch Olly and Mark on their brand new Saturday breakfast show starting March 1st at 9am." Elated about his new gig with Mark, the Dear Darling artist expressed: "I'm absolutely buzzing to be sharing my Saturday mornings with Wrighty and the Heart listeners.They've actually given us our own radio show – can you believe it!?

Gene Simmons has quietly postponed 17 dates on his upcoming solo tour, with his team assuring fans the cancellation was not down to his health.The bassist and singer was set to head out on the road in the US with The Gene Simmons Band in April and May, with the tour intended to kick off at the Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, California on April 5.While preparing to hit the road again, the veteran rocker launched a handful of Experiences for fans to purchase ahead of the spring shows, with one dubbed ‘The Ultimate Gene Simmons Experience’ – which gives a fan the opportunity to help with load-in at the venue, stage set-up, and the ability to sit in on the sound check and hang out backstage.For a steep $12,495 (£9,667) in addition to the original ticket price, Simmons would also join the fan turned-roadie for a meal and introduce them during the show.However, in a recent statement given by Christina Vitaglano, who runs Simmons’ backstage VIP fan experience packages, it was revealed the April dates as well as the Texas leg of the May dates have all been postponed “until early 2026.”No reason has yet been given for cancelling more than half of the shows, but it is said not to be linked to his health in any way, per Louder Sound.While the cancelled shows are being described as postponed at present, tickets are being refunded and any of the roadie experience tickets sold for the affected shows can either be refunded or switched to any of the remaining available dates.
