Premier League has announced that one person has tested positive in their latest round of coronavirus testing. 2,071 tests were carried out between Monday, July 6 and Sunday, July 12 in what is the 13th round of major testing the league has done.There have now been a total of 20 positive tests for Covid-19 in the league, with 18,351 administered in total.Players and staff will continue to be tested twice a week for the rest of the season, with the results getting announced every Monday."The Premier League can today confirm that between Monday 6 July and Sunday 12 July, 2,071 players and club staff were tested for COVID-19.
