An easyjet passenger squeezed a male air steward's bottom and called him a 'gay boy' during a flight to Iceland. Gavin Capps has been sentenced to six months in prison for the assault in January last year.
He previously pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault and one count of threatening words or behaviour. Minshull Street Crown Court heard how Capps, who was travelling from Manchester to Iceland to work on a fishing trawler, was initially served three cans of Heineken beer during the flight in January last year.
Capps, from Grimsby, went to the front of the aircraft to get more alcohol, but was told to sit down and wait for the trolley service.
