NORTH DIGHTON, Mass. - FBI agents arrested Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira at a home in North Dighton, Massachusetts, on Thursday in relation to a trove of classified documents that have been leaked online in recent months. Police vehicles were seen at a Massachusetts location believed to be connected with the guardsman. The guardsman's security clearance and access to classified government systems have been revoked, according to an internal government document reviewed by Fox News.The guardsman worked on military intelligence systems on a full-time basis, Fox News is told.The National Guard said in a statement it is aware Thursday of the "alleged role a Massachusetts Air National Guardsman may have played in the recent leak of highly-classified documents" from the Pentagon."The National Guard takes this issue very seriously and will support investigators," the National Guard said in a statement.

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating after a tractor-trailer with thousands of dollars worth of dimes was broken into in a Walmart parking lot. According to authorities, the incident occurred in the parking lot of the Walmart located on Byberry Road in the Northeast Philadelphia section of the city. Officials say the unmarked trailer, which contained approximately $750,000 in dimes, was broken into overnight. Police say they do not know how much was taken from the truck. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESSKYFOX flew over the scene Thursday morning, where dimes could be seen scattered across an area of the parking lot. SWAT personnel are on scene, according to police. This is a developing story.

BOISE, Idaho - Melanie Gibb, the former best friend of Lori Vallow, the so-called "Doomsday mom" who's accused of killing her two youngest children," is testifying in an Idaho courtroom on Thursday. The focus in court on April 12 shifted to the relationship between Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell. A captain in the Madison County Jail who manages the jail's Telmate system for inmates took the stand, and the jury heard a call between the couple that took place in June 2020, as Fremont County Sheriff's deputies and the FBI searched Daybell's property.In the call, Vallow can be heard asking if they are seizing stuff, and Daybell replied that authorities were searching.Cameras are not permitted in the courtroom, but you can listen to the audio.

MISSOURI - It looks like Kansas City is still celebrating victory in Super Bowl LVII based on a new promotion from a milk company in the state. The Shatto Milk Company in Osborn, Missouri, located about 59 miles from Kansas City, is releasing limited-edition milk bottles trolling Philadelphia Eagles fans. The clear bottles are labeled with the title "Eagle Tears" in green letters. According to the company, the milk is cheesecake flavored and only 11,000 bottles will be made. The brand took to social media, saying, "Bottling them was no easy feat. PHILADELPHIA - A death investigation is underway after the body of a dead man was discovered in Philadelphia. According to police, the body was recovered from the Delaware River in the area of Christopher Columbus Boulevard and Race Street just after 8 a.m. on Thursday. Officials say a man in his 30s, currently being identified as a John Doe, was found unresponsive. Authorities say he had a gunshot wound to the right side of his head. He was pronounced dead by medics on scene, according to law enforcement. This is a developing story.

PHILADELPHIA - Homicide detectives with the Philadelphia Police Department are investigating the shooting death of a man in Philadelphia, authorities say. According to officials, the shooting occurred on the 2100 block of Gould Street in the city's Southwest Philadelphia section just after midnight on Thursday. Authorities say a 28-year-old man was shot once in the stomach. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESHe was transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital by police, where he was pronounced dead at 12:58 a.m., per police. Officials say the shooting scene has not been found and no arrest has been made. 

HORSHAM, Pa. - A Montgomery County family has been left in shambles after officials say an 11-year-old boy was killed by his own mother, who then tried to drive her car into the ocean at the Jersey Shore.Police were called to a house 500 block of Privet Road in Horsham Township Tuesday when a man said he discovered his son dead in the master bedroom.The boy's dad told police the 11-year-old had slept in bed with his mom the night prior, but the door was locked the next morning, and his wife's car was missing.Officials say an investigation revealed that the boy's mom, identified as 50-year-old Ruth DiRienzo-Whitehead, killed her son as he slept in her bed.MORE HEADLINES:She then fled to Cape May and drove into the ocean until her car was inoperable. PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia officials have announced "an independent and comprehensive evaluation" of the Philadelphia 76ers’ proposal to build a $1.3 billion sports arena next to the city's Chinatown neighborhood, an idea that's drawn strong opposition from some Chinatown residents and leaders.Mayor Jim Kenney on Wednesday called the proposal announced last summer "an exciting opportunity" but said officials must understand the impact it may have on the surrounding communities before any plans move forward."In the coming months, he said, city and public agency partners as well as third-party consultants will complete technical studies on the feasibility and impacts of such an arena in the proposed location. He said that would include assessing "building design, community impact and urban planning, economic impact and parking/traffic impact."Kenney also said the developers must ensure that the project "works for the surrounding communities" that would be affected and urged that they be "involved and engaged throughout every step of this process."The city's announcement came hours before an evening meeting scheduled in Chinatown by opponents of the arena, which would be built just a block away from the community's prominent gateway arch with a planned opening in 2031.

PHILADELPHIA - Students from a Philadelphia Catholic school are heading to a new location to learn after a fire tore through and damaged the original building. The students who attend Our Lady of Consolation Parish School in Chestnut Hill will now take classes on the campus of Chestnut Hill College. The three-alarm fire initially broke out on March 21, when 39 students were inside for an after-school program and had to be evacuated from the building. A day after a 3-alarm fire torched a Philadelphia catholic school, students who have been forced to learn virtually visited the charred remains of their school.A spokesperson for the Philadelphia Fire Department said the building sustained heavy damage to the entire second floor and roof. The cause of the fire was later identified as an electrical wiring issue, according to the Fire Marshal's Office. Officials have identified the source of a fire at damaged the Our Mother of Consolation Parish School in Philadelphia.

HUNTING PARK - Philadelphia fire crews battled a three-alarm fire that broke out in a junkyard on Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say the fire erupted on the 500 block of West Annsbury Street in the city's Hunting Park section. SKYFOX flew over the fire, which sent plumes of smoke into the air of nearby streets. According to the Philadelphia Fire Department, drivers were asked to avoid the area of 5th and Hutchinson Streets.MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe fire was raised to two and then three alarms, requiring additional crews to respond. There was so much smoke, officials said, smoke alarms went off inside nearby homes.A fire broke out at a Hunting Park junkyard, quickly escalating to three-alarms, with 120 firefighters reporting to fight the blaze.In an update late Wednesday afternoon, fire officials announced one civilian injury, due to smoke inhalation. That person was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to recover, noting the injury was minor.SKYFOX over a junkyard in Hunting Park, where fire crews are actively working to extinguish flames.They went on to say the junkyard was an all-automobile junkyard.

Sylvan Lake and a 13-year-old girl from Red Deer died.Alberta RCMP media relations Cpl. Troy Savinkoff said EMS found the girls Sunday morning at the Best Western hotel in Sylvan Lake, a resort town about 15 kilometres west of Red Deer.Savinkoff said there was a male parent nearby, but wouldn’t provide further details, adding the children’s next of kin were notified.

RENTON, Wash. - Seattle Police say investigators found a body believed to be connected to the disappearance of Seattle woman Leticia Martinez, who was last seen March 31 at a Mariners game.Police will not confirm that it is Martinez' body, but say the remains were found in a wooded area between Talbot Rd. and State Route 167 in Renton.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A high-speed police chase took a dangerous turn in Los Angeles County Wednesday evening.A man, initially wanted for reckless driving, led the California Highway Patrol on a chase along the 5 Freeway across Los Angeles County. Over the course of the chase, the suspect traveled through parts of Valley Village, North Hollywood, Pacoima, Santa Clarita and Castaic.The chase eventually ended in the North Antelope Valley area where the suspect ditched the car.

PHILADELPHIA - As excitement builds for the 76ers upcoming playoff run, those vying to be the next mayor of Philadelphia are voicing their opinions on a controversial proposal to build a new arena in Center City.Discourse about the proposed Chinatown arena was one of several highlights from FOX 29's Democratic Mayoral Debate held Tuesday night at Temple University's Liacouras Center. Candidate Helen Gym said she met with the land developer to convey her message that billionaires are not deserving of public subsidies. Gym also attacked fellow candidate Jeff Brown, who supports the proposed project. PHILADELPHIA - A man is facing attempted murder charges after prosecutors say he brutally stabbed his ex-girlfriend and her 5-year-old girl inside a North Philadelphia home. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department responded Monday to a property on the 1800 block of North 20th Street for reports of a person with weapon. Police found a 37-year-old stabbed in the arms and chest, and a 5-year-old girl stabbed in the chest, abdomen and arm. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe woman was taken by police to Temple University Hospital and the child was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital.

EVERMAN, Texas - Investigators in Everman say they believe human remains were once in a shed near where missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez lived with his family.On Monday, investigators dug up a new, unpermitted concrete patio paid for by the boy's mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.Everman police say early in the investigation they learned Noel's stepfather, Arshdeep Singh, disposed of a large indoor/outdoor carpet in a dumpster prior to the family fleeing the country.Multiple Human Remains Detection Canines alerted officers to the carpet, which was used at the base of a makeshift shed that was on the property until about a month ago. It was previously built where the current patio sat.While they were digging multiple Human Remains Detection Canines began alerting officers to the topsoil underneath the concrete.As the digging continued, topsoil was removed and placed in areas nearby.The canines followed the soil, and stopped alerting the investigators to the patio area.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY - A dad made a tragic discovery when he came to find his 11-year-old son dead in his bed Tuesday morning, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.Police were called to a house on the 500 block of Privet Road in Horsham Township, where they found the boy in the master bedroom.The boy's dad, identified as Matthew Whitehead, told police the 11-year-old had slept in the bed with his mom Ruth Whitehead-Dirienzo the night prior.This morning, he noticed the bedroom door was locked, and his wife's car was missing from their garage.MORE HEADLINES:Her car was found partially submerged in the ocean near Beach Avenue in Cape May while police were still at the family's home.Whitehead-Dirienzo was then found by Wildwood Crest Police a short time later.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The shooter who opened fire at a Louisville bank legally bought the weapon from a local dealership a week ago, police said Tuesday.Louisville Metro Police Department Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel said at a news conference that bank employee Connor Sturgeon, 25, bought the gun on April 4 and targeted certain people in the attack.Armed with the rifle, Sturgeon killed five people — including a close friend of Kentucky’s governor — while livestreaming the attack Monday on Instagram, authorities said. SEATTLE - Newly released charging documents further detail what may have led up to the disappearance of Leticia Martinez.
