NORTH PHILADELPHIA - Officials say a 12-year-old old boy is being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the accidental shooting death of a 9-year-old girl inside a home in North Philadelphia last week.Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said officers were called to the 2300 block of North Bouvier Street around 11 a.m.
on Jan. 21 for reports of a shooting. At the time of the shooting, the girl’s brother and cousin, both minors, were inside the home with no adult supervision.
