WASHINGTON - Ahead of President Biden's State of the Union Address on Tuesday, authorities in D.C. are making preparations.The United States Capitol Police announced Sunday that a fence has been mostly erected around the Capitol building.

The Pentagon has already approved the deployment of 700 unarmed National Guard troops to be used to assist with traffic control during potential demonstrations.
