Philadelphia police reported three different shootings less than an hour apart on Saturday. PHILADELPHIA - Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department responded to three different shootings in less than an hour on Saturday as gun violence continues to ravage the city.The spate of shootings began around 5:45 p.m.

on the 4600 block of Wayne Street in Germantown. Police say a man in his 40s was shot multiple times in the lower body and was taken to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition.Officers reportedly arrested a suspect but they did not find a weapon.

No charges have been announced. Minutes later, officers in Kensington were called to a property on the 2900 block of Jasper Street for reports of a double shooting.
