Budget airline Ryanair has been threatening to blacklist customers who use their bank or building society to claim refunds for cancelled holidays.
The Irish carrier has been telling customers that chargeback is a "fraudulent" scheme that could result in them being blacklisted from all flights in the future.
In an investigation, MoneySavingExpert.com spoke to 10 passengers who have been told they could be banned for using the card protection scheme.
