Neighbours on a street in Scotland have been writing heartwarming signs on their windows to communicate during coronavirus lockdown.
Residents in Battlefield, Glasgow, have been passing the time while self-isolating by sharing the names of their pets in an uplifting conversation.
Chloe Minish, 28, kicked off the exchange after she spotted a cat in the window of a house in the tenement block opposite and decided to write a note asking for its name.
She posted a photo of the sign - which read "what is the cat's name?" - on Twitter, and added: "I hope one of them replies".
