Simon Cowell reveals four stone weight loss as he raves about vegan diet

Simon Cowell revealed he has lost four stone in one year, after switching to a healthier lifestyle. The Britain’s Got Talent judge has been raving about the results of his vegan diet, coupled with exercising more during lockdown.

And, speaking about his weight loss, the 60-year-old revealed he has been finding it easier to stick to his routine while isolating with partner Lauren Silverman and their six-year-old son, Eric.

Side note: Our quarantines are wildly different. ‘I think I have dropped, since I started this diet a year ago, 60lbs,’ he told Terri Seymour for Extra. ‘I’m doing a bit of cooking. ’I’m exercising.
