Britain's Got Talent boss Simon Cowell has revealed the secret behind his buff new body. The 60-year-old music mogul does 150 push-ups every morning to keep fit after shedding four stone in a year.

On BGT: Unseen, Simon tells fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden of his press-ups routine, saying: "150 times before I come to work, in about three goes." The X Factor guru's health kick began after low blood pressure led him to a horror fall and a hospital trip in 2017.

Along with the gruelling push-up routine, Simon drastically altered his diet and cut out the bad stuff. The dad of one told The Sun that he’d gone vegan in a bid to get leaner.
