EASTON, Pa. - Philadelphia 76ers partner Michael Rubin and Major League Baseball announced plans on Thursday to halt production of MLB uniforms and use the same jersey fabric to produce at least one million masks and hospital gowns to be given to healthcare workers and emergency personnel across Pennsylvania in the fight against COVID19.
The masks and gowns will be made with the exact same fabric that Yankees and Phillies players wear on the field and will be produced at the Fanatics Factory in Easton, Pa.
