Tennis champion Annabel Croft is gracing our screens as she takes part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing. She is joined by entertainer Les Dennis, actor Bobby Brazier and Coronation Street star Ellie Leach among the Strictly contestants.
But, away from the glitz of the Strictly ballroom, the 57-year-old sports star has been grieving a huge loss. Annabel's husband, Mel Coleman, died in May at the age of 60 years old.
The pair were married for 30 years, tying the knot in 1993 and welcoming three children: two daughters, Amber Rose and Lily, and a son, Charlie. Tragically, he died just two months after being diagnosed with stage three cancer. He had previously complained of stomach pain for eight weeks before the shocking diagnosis.
