With the New Year well underway, plenty of people have been making trips to the gym or planning to completely change their lifestyles - celebs included.

MasterChef host Gregg Wallace recently shared his impressive body transformation, in which he lost five stone, which he managed not by dieting, but by making healthier food choices and changing his daily habits.

Gregg, 59, decided to ditch snacks, ultra-processed foods and takeaways and instead started cooking healthy meals at home every day.

And plenty of other stars have shared their own transformations over recent months and years, with former TOWIE star Ferne McCann leading the way with a 21 day fitness and healthy eating challenge back in 2022.
