Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, famed for her role as Mandy Dingle on the ITV soap, has impressed fans with her incredible weight loss journey as she has overall shed a gigantic 12 stone by turning her lifestyle on its head.The actress, 47, shared her diet and exercise plan with her fans last year after first vowing to make a difference to the scales during her time on Strictly Come Dancing in 2012, which boosted her metabolism."I saw a difference dancing seven hours a day and then I just ate soup as I didn't want all that food jiggling around while I danced," Lisa revealed during talking on Loose Women in 2016 reports the Mirror.She admitted it's hard to recognise herself now, saying: "It's hard for me to see my reflection now.
I used to have a shelf from here to here and where's that gone? It is insane. I looked so different before. I was happy before but now I am happy and proud.
