The sex trade is opening back up in Switzerland after the country's government gave prostitutes the all clear to offer services from next month.
New coronavirus lockdown rules will come into play mid-June, with sex workers allowed to operate subject to strict hygiene measures, The Telegraph reports.
Alain Berset, the Swiss interior minister, said there is "certainly personal contact" involved but "a concept of protection seems possible".
He said: "To tell you the truth, erotic services could have resumed earlier. "There are certainly personal contacts but a concept of protection seems possible.
