A "leaked recording" claims fans will be shut out of English Football League fixtures until 2021.Alex Rodman, the PFA delegate for Bristol Rovers, indicated that stadiums would remain closed to the public unless a miracle coronavirus cure is found before the end of the year.In a taped conversation heard by the BBC, he also alleged a 23-team Premier League has been discussed by English football bosses.The claim paints a grim picture for the prospect of a return to normality and serves as another warning shot to Scottish football.Rodman said: "We won't be playing any games with any fans this year, they (the EFL) don't think so."We'll be looking at January 2021 unless a cure pops up."The possibility of closed door fixtures was put to First
