This is the moment a Salford fugitive was arrested by police in Spain. Officers from the country's Policia Nacional raided an apartment block in Barcelona and found Jamie Rothwell, 33, who had been wanted since October 2019 when a European Arrest Warrant was issued.
In footage released by the Spanish police heavily armed officers are seen entering the flat in Sant Adria del Besos. Mr Rothwell is handcuffed while a detailed search is carried out of the property.
He was found on Sunday after a joint investigation by Greater Manchester Police, the National Crime Agency, and the Spanish police.
