The Queen and Prince Philip have been isolating at Windsor Castle as per Government coronavirus restrictions. Details of how the Royal couple have spent their time in lockdown have been scarce, but Her Majesty’s life of luxury has since been revealed.
Master of the Household Tony Johnstone-Burt, a former Royal Navy officer, has referred to the castle as "HMS Bubble.” Of the 22 members of staff, all have had to remain separated from their own families for the duration of the isolation period.
Her Majesty has also been taking up her favourite activity most mornings - horse riding - and she’s been snapped touring the grounds on a Shetland.
