THIS Morning has reportedly become ITV's most complained about show of the year after 3,496 viewers contacted Ofcom over 'derogatory' comments made about pharmacists.
Journalist Sam Delaney was a guest on the show on January 17 for a segment discussing whether or not pharmacists should 'tell customers they are fat'.
He controversially told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: "I'm all for doctors pointing this out, because this is a medical issue, behind closed doors. "But a chemists' is a very public place.
You could be in Boots. It could be very crowded in there and suddenly you are being called fat, by a chemist, who, I think, society generally, rightly or wrongly, don't have much respect anyway because we think they are pretend.
