This Morning star reveals health scare as she breaks silence on social media

Lisa Snowdon recently returned to social media following a two-week hiatus as she shared an update about her health.The model and TV presenter, 52, last properly posted on 8 February before taking a break.

Returning to Instagram, Lisa explained the reason for her absence as she shared an image of a tree. She wrote: "I wanted to say thank you for your love and concern. "I have been off social media for 2 weeks and have been poorly.

I've taken this time to rest and sleep as much as possible, I'll be back on track soon. In the meantime I adore you.Thanks again." Last year, Lisa opened up about feeling "lonely" while experiencing a series of different "painful" perimenopause symptoms.

During an appearance on Loose Women, she said that while there is much more awareness of perimenopause than there was in the past, there's still a way to go.The This Morning regular explained: "There's so much more out there now and you can make a decision and can understand what's happening.
