There's been so much traffic that traffic wardens in Barnstaple have reportedly run out of tickets to issue to rule-breakers.

Some motorists have even abandoned their cars on gridlocked roads, causing chaos for emergency service workers who can't get through the long lines of traffic, DevonLive reports.
