Shock images from inside the Chinese laboratory at the centre of the coronavirus outbreak have emerged, sparking fresh concerns about how the virus spread.
Pictures from inside Wuhan’s secretive Institute of Virology show a broken seal on the door of a refrigerator used to hold 1,500 different strains of virus.
Covid-19 is believed to be housed inside the battered fridge, which has infected over 2 million people worldwide. The pictures were first released by state-owned China Daily in 2018 and were published on Twitter on 28th March, before being deleted.
