Aldi has introduced a new way for shoppers to pay for food and essentials

With many of us now shopping on behalf of people who are self-isolating, vulnerable or unable to leave the house, Aldi has made it easier to pay for essentials and groceries.

The supermarket has introduced a new scheme which allows people to buy special vouchers for use by volunteers shopping in stores.

You can buy the vouchers on the new Aldi voucher website  vouchers.aldi.co.uk. Once purchased, the vouchers can be posted to any address in the UK so they can be given to volunteers, friends or family members to shop on their behalf.

Vouchers are available in denominations of £5.00 and £10.00 with no additional cost to the customer for postage. The coronavirus outbreak has left many people across Greater Manchester struggling for access
