Manchester-based burger chain Archie's is starting to reopen its restaurants for collection. The fast food brand has been offering delivery during lockdown but is now opening up two branches for customers to call in and order takeaways too.

Announcing the news on Instagram, bosses wrote: "We know so many of you didn't live in our delivery range, so we've adapted our stores. "Health and safety is our top priority at Archie's, so we've revised and enhanced our procedures in line with the government's regulations so we can continue to serve you delicious burgers." The stores reopening for collection are the Manchester Arndale branch and the larger of its two Oxford Road stores (115 Oxford Road).
