Brits ‘can sunbathe, picnic and exercise more' in first stage of lockdown easing

Brits may soon be allowed to sunbathe in parks and enjoy outdoor activities in the first stage of easing the coronavirus lockdown, it has been reported.

Picnics and driving to the countryside will also reportedly be permitted as the government safely tries to get the country back to normal again.

There has been no date for when the lockdown may be lifted, but Prime Minister Boris Johnson is said to be aiming for some people to return to their jobs on May 26.

And the first stage of easing the lockdown could be introduced later this month - but only if coronavirus infection rates continue to fall, according to  The Mail on Sunday.
