Catherine Tyldesley has joked the coronavirus may not have happened if “Chinese had stuck to cheese sandwiches” instead of “bloody bats”.The 36 year old Coronation Street actress made the comment as she was dressed as her alter-ego Olga Keff as she demonstrated how to make the butty in a clip posted on her Instagram.

Dressed in an orange jumper, with a red and black check scarf and a pair of large aviator glasses with a plaster stuck in the middle and a chain placed around her neck, Catherine AKA Olga stands in her kitchen to film the demonstration.
